Hotel Pick-up in Bali

Pick-up from a hotel anywhere in Bali.

Drive to Gilimanuk Ferry Port (± 4 jam)

Drive from Bali to Gilimanuk Ferry Port; the journey takes approximately 4 hours.

Ferry Crossing to Java

Take the ferry from Bali to Java. A porter assists during the crossing and connects guests with their driver on the Java side.

Transfer to Ijen Area (± 1 jam)

Meet the driver at Ketapang Ferry Port and transfer to a hotel near Ijen Crater; the drive takes approximately 1 hour.

Free Time and Overnight Stay

Free time

Free time at the hotel near Ijen Crater, followed by an overnight stay.

00:00 Departure for Ijen Base Camp

Depart from the hotel at midnight and drive to Ijen Base Camp.

Registration and Trek Preparation

Ijen Crater Trek

Trekking Blue Fire visit Sunrise viewing Sulfur mining observation

Kawah Ijen ± 480 menit

Hike to Ijen Crater with a local guide. Visit the Blue Fire area if permitted by local regulations and conditions, take in the crater and acidic lake views at sunrise, and observe sulfur mining. Return to the parking area afterward.

Breakfast

Have breakfast after returning to the parking area.

Transfer to Bromo Area (± 7 jam)

Lunch stop

Gunung Bromo

Continue by road to the Bromo area; the drive takes approximately 7 hours. An optional lunch stop may be made along the way.

Hotel Check-in and Rest

Free time

Check in to a hotel near Bromo and have free time to rest before the sunrise tour. Overnight near Mount Bromo.

03:00 Bromo Sunrise Tour by Jeep

Start the Bromo sunrise tour by 4WD Jeep at 03:00 AM and drive to Pananjakan Viewpoint.

Watch sunrise over Mount Bromo and Mount Semeru from Pananjakan Viewpoint.

Sea of Sand and Mount Bromo Crater

Trekking

Cross the Sea of Sand and trek to the rim of Mount Bromo Crater.

Hindu Temple Visit

Visit the Hindu Temple in the Bromo area.

Return to Hotel and Breakfast

Return to the hotel for breakfast, then check out.

Transfer to Yogyakarta (± 6 jam)

Drive to Yogyakarta City; the journey takes approximately 6 hours.

Arrival in Yogyakarta

Arrive in Yogyakarta in the afternoon. The tour ends in Yogyakarta.
