The device list shows sessions that signed in to your customer account.
How do I view devices?
- Sign in as a customer.
- Open Devices settings.
- Read the device, browser, system, IP, and last seen time.
A device is known by the mot_device cookie (365 days) or by a browser fingerprint. A new-device login can send an alert.
How do I remove a device?
Choose remove on a device that is not the current device. You cannot remove the device you are using now. After removal, that session is not trusted until you sign in again.
