Wallet balance and finance history

The customer balance shows money that entered your Myopentrip account, for example a refund.

Where do I see the balance?

1. Sign in as a customer.
2. Open the Finance page.
3. Read the balance and the record list.

Each record shows an in or out flow, the amount, and the balance after the transaction. The list uses pages.

Can I withdraw the balance to a bank?

The customer Finance page shows the balance and records. There is no customer withdrawal button to a bank account. If you need help about the balance, open a support ticket and include the booking code.
