How to cancel a booking as a host

A host can cancel a booking with status pending or on process. Use cancel only if the service cannot run.

How do I cancel?

1. Open the booking details, or use bulk cancel on the list.
2. Write a reason, at most 500 characters.
3. Confirm.

The system marks cancelled_by = host and the cancel time. The host cancel flow processes a refund. For a paid booking, the policy stored on the booking applies.

Inquiry has no platform cancel/refund path. Coordinate directly with the traveler, then update listing availability.
