How to confirm a booking

Confirm and acknowledge are two different actions. Neither marks the booking as completed.

What does confirm mean?

Confirm changes a paid + pending booking to on process. The system creates check-in credentials. Bulk confirm also exists.

What does acknowledge mean?

Acknowledge sets acknowledged_at and acknowledged_by once. Bulk acknowledge also exists.

The customer marks Completed. The host can still cancel while the status is on process if the service cannot run.
