The forum is a community discussion. It is not a listing page. It is not a support ticket. It is not a payment channel.
How do I open the forum as a host?
- Sign in with a host account.
- Verify the host email.
- Complete the requirements so you can submit listings.
- Open Forum on the site.
Guests can read published threads when the forum is active. To write, the host account must be verified as above.
If Create thread is missing, the forum is not accepting new writes, or your account does not meet the requirements yet.
If a customer session and a host session are both active, the forum uses the customer account. Sign out of the customer session first if you want to write as a host.
Forum URLs do not use an /en prefix. Site chrome follows your session language. Thread content stays in the language you wrote.
How do I create a thread?
- Open Forum, then Create thread.
- Choose a type: question, discussion, or trip report.
- Choose a category.
- Write a title and body.
- Add tags or up to 4 images if needed, then publish.
If the title is similar to an existing thread, the system can show duplicate suggestions. Open that thread first before you create a new one.
How do I reply, edit, or lock a thread?
Open the thread, then write a reply. The thread owner can edit a thread that is not locked, lock a published thread, or accept an answer on a question thread. A locked thread does not accept new replies.
Other verified users can vote, subscribe, or unsubscribe. For a content problem, open Report on a thread you do not own.
What must I not post on the forum?
Do not post prices, transfer proof, bank details, or traveler personal data. For a booking dispute, verification, or payout issue, open a host support ticket. To change a listing, open the listing dashboard.
