A traveler rating is only for a booking you own with status Completed. You can rate one booking only once.
How do I rate a traveler?
- Open the booking details in the host dashboard, or open the ratings list.
- Set scores from 1 to 5 for communication, punctuality, respect, and overall.
- Write a private note if needed, at most 1000 characters.
- Choose whether you would host that traveler again, and whether to flag for review.
- Submit.
Private notes are not shown to the traveler. A traveler rating does not replace a public review reply.
