Inquiry or checkout for hosts

Not every listing can be paid on Myopentrip. Inquiry mode means the traveler contacts you, and does not pay on the platform.

When is my listing on checkout?

Checkout needs all of these:

• marketplace payments are active
• account ownership is claimed
• host identity is approved if that rule is active
• phone is verified if that rule is active
• bank account is verified if that rule is active
• staff approved the listing

If one item is missing, the product page uses inquiry. An unclaimed curated host stays inquiry.

In inquiry mode, finance, withdrawal, bookings, and departures can be hidden. Identity can be optional to create an inquiry listing.
