How to verify host identity

Identity verification is required for checkout when marketplace payments are active. In inquiry mode, listing access needs email and phone, without a required identity.

How do I submit identity?

1. Sign in to the host dashboard.
2. Open onboarding or identity settings.
3. Upload an identity image and enter the 16-digit KTP.
4. For a company, enter the legal name, registration number, address, and PIC.
5. Submit, then wait for staff review.

There are at most 3 attempts. If the quota is used, the account is blocked from sending again. Contact host support.

If identity is rejected, read the reason in the dashboard and send again while quota remains. Changing the account type can reset identity approval.

Approved identity means identity_verified_at is set and the verification status allows listing submit. Checkout can still require phone and a bank account.
