The forum is a community discussion. It is not a booking page. It is not a support ticket.
How do I read the forum?
- Open Forum on the site.
- Choose a category, thread type, or search words.
- Open a thread to read the body and replies.
Guests can read published threads when the forum is active. Forum URLs do not use an /en prefix. Site chrome follows your session language. Thread content stays in the language the author wrote.
How do I create a thread as a customer?
- Sign in as a customer.
- Verify your email.
- Open Forum, then Create thread.
- Choose a type: question, discussion, or trip report.
- Choose a category, write a title and body, then publish.
You can add tags and up to 4 images. If the title is similar to an existing thread, open that thread first. If the create-thread button is missing, the forum is not accepting new writes, or your email is not verified yet.
Hosts write on the forum from a host account. Read the host forum article if you are signed in as a host.
What can I do after a thread is published?
The thread owner can edit a thread that is not locked, lock a published thread, or accept an answer on a question thread. Other verified users can reply, vote, subscribe, or report a thread they do not own.
Do not post payment data, transfer proof, or personal data on the forum. For payment, refund, or a booking dispute, open a support ticket.
