How to write a review after a completed booking

A review is linked to a completed product booking. A meetup does not use this review.

When can I write a review?

Write a review after a trip, experience, or rental booking has status Completed. Mark the booking as completed first if that button is still shown. An inquiry to a host does not open the review form.

You can review one service only once from your customer account.

How do I submit a review?

1. Sign in as a customer.
2. Open the completed booking details, or open Reviews in the dashboard.
3. Set a star rating from 1 to 5.
4. Write a review of at least 10 words.
5. Fill category ratings if the form shows them, such as communication or value.
6. Choose a visit type if you want: solo, couple, family, friends, or business.
7. Upload up to 5 photos if you want.
8. Submit.

The visit date is the start date on the booking. You do not pick a different date.

What happens after I submit?

The review appears on the listing. The host can reply to a public review. The host can also rate the traveler on that booking.

A submitted review is not freely editable. Contact support if there is a serious factual error. Include the booking code.
