How to manage vehicle units

Rental availability uses vehicle units. Only an active unit can be rented.

How do I add a unit?

1. Open the rental listing in the host dashboard.
2. Open Units.
3. Add a unit with plate, color, or an internal label.
4. Choose a status: active, maintenance, unavailable, or retired.
5. Set available days or blackout dates if that unit differs from the listing.

The number of active units limits how many vehicles can be booked at the same time. Submit for review can be blocked if there is no active unit.

The listing also has booking cutoff hours. If a unit is in maintenance, a traveler cannot use that unit.
